ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 1, 2013, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 31, 2012, and August 21, 2012, respectively, is amended by deleting from the final paragraph thereof the date "June 2, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "June 3, 2013."
