Appeals by Aaron Goldring from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 9, 2012, March 20, 2012, and March 21, 2012, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Philip Skitone, Esq., dated May 23, 2013, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Joseph Sprei is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals on behalf of Joseph Sprei:

and it is further,

(1) the respondent Joseph Sprei is interested in responding to the appeals, or

(2) the respondent Joseph Sprei is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he or she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
