| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Sergey Khaitov for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Khaitov was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 17, 2003. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 20, 2008, Mr. Khaitov was disbarred based on a felony conviction, effective September 9, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Sergey Khaitov does not demonstrate the requisite fitness and character to practice law.
