DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Wesley C. from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 7, 2013, and January 9, 2013, respectively. By order to show cause dated April 29, 2013, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned by order on certification of this Court dated February 28, 2013, to perfect the appeals on behalf of the appellant on the ground that the attorney had been unable to contact the appellant, and dismissing the appeals.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing a brief on the appeals is enlarged until July 29, 2013.
