Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Carmella Lawrence sworn to May 9, 2013, and May 19, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Christian C. Casini, Esq., sworn to May 15, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 15, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 28, 2013, and inserting in its place the date July 29, 2013.
