Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from a judgment and an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Cattaraugus on November 16, 2012, and December 5, 2012, and having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Christopher Turner, Esq., dated May 2, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals from the judgment and order entered November 16, 2012, and December 5, 2012, are hereby consolidated, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the judgment entered November 16, 2012, is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 12, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 13, 2013, and inserting in its place the date July 29, 2013, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the order entered December 5, 2012, is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 3, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 2, 2013, and inserting in its place the date July 29, 2013.
