The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Richard Long, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to restore to the general calendar an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Eastchester, Westchester County, rendered February 3, 2010. The appeal was stricken from the general calendar by decision and order on motion of this court dated April 5, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, as the transcripts of the proceedings in New Rochelle City Court prior to the transfer to Eastchester Justice Court have still not been made part of the record.
