The People of the State of New York, Appellant, v
Helen Kathy Bishop, Respondent.

Appeal from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 17, 2011. By decision and order on motion dated May 1, 2013, the appeal was stricken from the general calendar on the ground that the record was missing necessary papers. The necessary papers have now been made part of the record.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is restored to the general calendar and appellant is directed to serve and file an appellant's brief within 21 days of the date of this decision and order; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent, if she be so advised, may serve and file a respondent's brief within 21 days after the appellant's brief is due to be served and filed pursuant to this decision and order; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant, if so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after the respondent's brief is due to be served and filed pursuant to this decision and order.
