Motion by respondent to dismiss appeals from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered May 18, 2011, and an order of the same court dated June 20, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal from the judgment of conviction is dismissed as untimely (see CPL 460.10 [1] [a]), and the appeal from the order dated June 20, 2012 is dismissed as that order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
