Motion by the appellant, in effect, to hold in abeyance appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 22, 2012, and January 11, 2013, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 22, 2012, is enlarged until July 1, 2013, and the appellant's time to file an affidavit as directed by the order on certification dated March 11, 2013, with respect to the appeal from the order dated January 11, 2013, is extended until July 1, 2013, and the motion is otherwise denied.
