DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Colortone Camera, Inc., for leave to reargue a hybrid proceeding, inter alia, pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of James J. Wrynn, Superintendent of Insurance of the State of New York, dated September 15, 2011, which was determined by decision and judgment of this Court dated January 30, 2013. Separate motion by Colortone Camera, Inc., for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and judgment of this Court dated January 30, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied, with one bill of $100 costs.
