| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 26, 2012, and March 5, 2013, respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged and the appeals shall be perfected expeditiously in accordance with the rules and scheduling orders of the Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a]).
