Motion by the petitioner, inter alia, to enlarge its time to serve and file a reply in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, and to unseal the answer filed by the respondent Daniel M. Donovan, Jr.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply is granted, the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply is enlarged until June 7, 2013, and the petitioner's reply shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
