Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered November 30, 2010, to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief in accordance with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 26, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged until July 22, 2013, and the supplemental brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
