ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated May 22, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 27, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "May 28, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "June 28, 2013."
