| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Merlinda Fernandez for leave to reargue her prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 11, 2012. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 18, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as the order is not appealable either as of right or by permission (see CPL 450.10; 450.15).
