Application by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 8, 2012, and March 11, 2013, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 26, 2013, and the answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date.
