ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated October 25, 2012 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-05255), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b (see Family Ct Act § 1112).
