Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Seneca County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on September 4, 2012,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jaan Aarismaa, IV sworn to May 13, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Mark B. Wheeler, Esq., sworn to May 22, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 15, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 20, 2013, and inserting in its place the date July 19, 2013.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
