Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeal from the order of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on March 29, 2012 (docket No. CA 13-00220), with the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on October 3, 2012 (docket No. CA 13-00909), November 16, 2012 (docket No. CA 13-00910), November 21, 2012 (docket No. CA 13-00911), and December 10, 2012 (docket No. CA 13-00912), and having moved for an exstension of time to perfect the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to May 20, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals from the orders entered March 29, 2012, October 3, 2012, November 16, 2012, November 21, 2012, and December 10, 2012, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 18, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 31, 2013, and inserting in its place the date July 26, 2013.
