Motion by appellants, in three summary proceedings, for a stay pending the determination of appeals from final judgments of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 4, 2012, and to fix an undertaking.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the above-captioned appeals are consolidated for the purpose of disposition of appellants' motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants' motion is denied without prejudice to appellants moving in the Civil Court to fix an undertaking pursuant to CPLR 5519 (a) (6).
