Motion by appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, entered January 10, 2013, to stay enforcement of the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that within 10 days of the date of this decision and order appellants deposit into the Justice Court the amount of the judgment; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondents may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
