Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 15, 2010. The notice of appeal was filed on January 6, 2011, and the appeal has not been perfected.

ORDERED that the parties to the appeal show cause before this court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed as abandoned by filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this court on or before June 20, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties' attorneys by regular mail.
