DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated February 15, 2012, and a judgment of the same court, dated August 13, 2012, inter alia, to clarify so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 27, 2012, as stayed enforcement of so much of the judgment as directed the appellant to pay an equitable distribution award in the sum of $212,829.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to clarify so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 27, 2012, as stayed enforcement of so much of the judgment as directed the appellant to pay an equitable distribution award in the sum of $212,829 is granted to the extent that the third decretal paragraph of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 27, 2012, is amended by deleting therefrom the sum "$212,829" and substituting therefor the sum "$182,235"; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
