Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 28, 2011, and a judgment of the same court dated November 7, 2011, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 6, 2013, or, in the alternative, leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
