Appeals by the appellant from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated July 25, 2012.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court entitled "In the Matter of Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect - April 2013 Calendar," dated May 3, 2013, as dismissed the appeal in the above-entitled case pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-08823, is recalled and vacated, and that appeal is reinstated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged, the appendix and brief which were submitted to the Clerk of the Court are accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
