ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated May 30, 2013, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeals by Benjamin F. and Christine Y. from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated April 16, 2013, and May 8, 2013, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals from the order dated April 16, 2013 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-05080), are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Social Services Law 384-b (Family Court Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
