Appeals by Benjamin F. and Christine Y. from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated May 8, 2013, and an amended order of the same court also dated May 8, 2013.

ORDERED that the appeals from the order dated May 8, 2013 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-05082), are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the order has been superseded by the amended order.
