Application by Charles J. Hynes, the District Attorney of Kings County, pursuant to Judiciary Law § 509(a), to release contact information, such as addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, or names of employers, for the male jurors or alternate male jurors duly empaneled in an action entitled People v Ragsdale, which was tried in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Indictment No. 4578/08.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation, it is,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent is directed to release to Charles J. Hynes, the District Attorney of Kings County, any available contact information, such as addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, or names of employers, for the male jurors or alternate male jurors duly empaneled in the action entitled People v Ragsdale, which was tried in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Indictment No. 4578/08.
