| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 10, 2013, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 29, 2013, as amended May 1, 2013, as conditioned a stay of the trial in the above-entitled actions upon the perfection of the appeal on or before May 29, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 29, 2013, as amended May 1, 2013, is further amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "May 29, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "July 15, 2013."
