| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Christine C. from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, both dated January 10, 2013, and separate appeal by Jessica C. from the order under Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-01639. By order to show cause dated May 3, 2013, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned by order on certification of this Court dated March 13, 2013, to perfect the appeal on behalf of the appellant Jessica C. on the ground that the attorney had been unable to contact the appellant Jessica C., and dismissing the appeal by the appellant Jessica C.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, assigned counsel for the appellant Jessica C. is relieved of the assignment, and the appeal by the appellant Jessica C. is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
