| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 2013, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated April 17, 2013, as granted a stay on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before May 17, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated April 17, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "May 17, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "September 30, 2013."
