The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Leonora Natale, Appellant.

Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered March 7, 2011. By order to show cause dated April 11, 2013, appellant was directed to show cause before this court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the appeal was untimely.

Upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed as untimely (see CPL 460.10 [1] [a]).
