| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents New York Hospital Queens and Sidney Obas to enlarge the record on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered January 16, 2013, and an order of the same court, dated March 4, 2013, to include a certain notice of expert disclosure with annexed expert report. Separate applications by the respondents New York Hospital Queens and Sidney Obas and the respondent Javier A. Roca pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until July 15, 2013, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
