| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 4, 2012, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 18, 2013, as conditioned a stay of all proceedings in the above-entitled action, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before May 20, 2013, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 18, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "May 20, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "July 18, 2013," and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until July 18, 2013; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
