| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to stay his suspension from the practice of law pursuant to an opinion and order of this Court dated January 9, 2013, and a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 22, 2013, pending determination by the Court of Appeals of his motion for leave to appeal from the opinion and order dated January 9, 2013. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on December 5, 1990.
Upon the papers in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
