Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file an appendix, in effect, to withdraw the brief previously filed, and to serve and file a replacement brief on appeals from five judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 4, 2012, and three judgments of the same court rendered April 5, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the brief previously filed by the respondent deemed withdrawn, and on or before July 2, 2013, the respondent may serve and file an appendix and a replacement brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants may serve and file a replacement reply brief on or before July 22, 2013, if they be so advised.
