Motion by Steve Marchelos, attorney for the appellants, to recall and vacate a decision and order of this Court dated April 17, 2013, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 12, 2011, to amend the notice of appeal to reflect that he is the proper party appellant, and to determine the appeal on the merits.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
