| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Orange County, both rendered January 9, 2012, as amended January 17, 2012, to be furnished with the transcript of the proceedings which occurred on March 30, 2011, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before July 1, 2013, the appellant's assigned counsel is directed to turn over the transcript of the proceedings which occurred on March 30, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 31, 2013, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
