Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Norman P. Deep, Esq., dated May 23, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 12, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 24, 2013, and inserting in its place the date June 24, 2013, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 12, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 10, 2013, and inserting in its place the date July 9, 2013.
