Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Wyoming County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on February 2, 2012, and March 28, 2012, and appellant having moved to strike the responding brief of Richard D. Grisanti, and for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Michael Steinberg, Esq., dated May 10, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Richard D. Grisanti, Esq., dated May 20, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to strike respondent's brief is denied with leave to renew in appellant's reply brief, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief is granted on condition that appellant submit ten copies of her reply brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before July 5, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
