ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated May 28, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 7, 2012, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "June 3, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "June 24, 2013."
