On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 18, 2013, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 6, 2012, and February 24, 2012, respectively, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated July 9, 2012, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "the respondents' motion" and substituting therefor the words "the appellant's motion."
