ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 8, 2013, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered December 16, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "June 17, 2013," and substituting therefor the date "June 18, 2013."
