| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated March 22, 2013, pending hearing and determination of the appeals therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the temporary restraining order contained in the order to show cause dated May 8, 2013, shall remain in effect pending the hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
