Motion by the appellants pursuant to CPLR 5520(c) to deem the notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated January 5, 2012, to be a premature notice of an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered April 3, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted (see CPLR 5520[c]), and on or before July 10, 2013, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment entered April 3, 2012.
