Application by the attorney for the children pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both dated July 25, 2012, and two orders of the same court dated September 28, 2012, and October 3, 2012, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the attorney for the children's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 12, 2013, and the attorney for the children's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
