DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 22, 2012, November 7, 2012, and March 5, 2013, respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated June 22, 2012, and November 7, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix on the appeal and their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated June 22, 2012, and November 7, 2012 is enlarged until July 24, 2013, and the record or appendix on those appeals and appeal from the order dated March 5, 2013, and the appellant's brief on all three appeals must be served and filed on or before that date.
