| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to impose a sanction upon the respondent's attorney for certain statements made in papers filed in opposition to his prior motion for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 17, 2007, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 31, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
