ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated October 27, 2011, July 16, 2012, and March 21, 2013, respectively, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 10, 2011, are amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "February 10, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "February 10, 2011."
